Refund Policy
Last updated: January 2026
At cheeto.services, we aim to provide clear, fast and reliable digital delivery. Because our products are digital goods and services, refunds are handled carefully and reviewed case by case.
Digital products
Once a digital product, account, key, service or Discord-delivered item has been delivered, redeemed, accessed or used, it is generally non-refundable.
Eligible refund cases
Refunds may be considered if:
- You paid but did not receive your order.
- The delivered product is completely different from what was ordered.
- We are unable to fulfil the order.
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are usually not available if:
- The product has already been delivered or redeemed.
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You provided incorrect account, email or Discord details.
- You failed to follow the delivery or redemption instructions.
- Your access is affected by third-party game/platform enforcement.
How to request help
If there is an issue with your order, contact us through Discord or email with your order ID, purchase key, email address and Discord username.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you experience any issue with your order, you must contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support channels.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to contact support may be treated as fraudulent activity where permitted by applicable laws and payment processor policies.
Accounts associated with abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith chargebacks may be permanently restricted from purchasing through cheeto.services. Information relating to fraudulent chargeback activity may also be shared with affiliated services, partners, fraud-prevention providers, payment processors, and merchant protection networks where legally permitted and reasonably necessary to prevent abuse.
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and provide evidence of delivery, account access, redemption, communications, transaction records, and other relevant information to payment processors and financial institutions during dispute investigations.
